Our Group Classes are a complete and functional, total body workout. The coach leads a group warm-up at the start of the hour for 10-15 minutes, preparing the body for work. Next is the skill or strength piece, followed by the Workout of the Day (WOD), and the cool-down.

Wine Country CrossFit’s Kids & Teen programs are multifaceted, challenging, socially interactive strength and conditioning programs for kids ages 5 to 18.
