"The Ranch" in preparation for The Games
This weekend marks the (third annual) 2009 CrossFit Games. Need motivation to push harder? Want to see some real beasts in action? Keep an eye on the main site as well as the site for the CrossFit Games for updates. This year promises to be very exciting as the format has been changed and held in secrecy. None of the athletes have known what events will take place until yesterday and today. Think we work hard? The competitors will be completing 5 WODs on Saturday alone! All of the action takes place just down the road from us at “The Ranch” in Aromas California.
Also, take note of the “Affiliate Cup” we’ll have a team there next year, you have 365 days to prepare!
