Welcome to our newest location in the gym where we invite you suffer! We call it Airdyne corner. First step is to mosey on over there and jump on for a ride. Notice how FAST it gasses you… Once you are familiar with all the bells and whistles we challenge you to complete a Tabata for calories. Tuesday’s WOD

 

5×2 at Maximum Effective Rep Weight (As much weight as you can manage with PERFECT technique).

Level Load Across All Sets (Don’t Increase Weight across sets). Target an increase each week of 2kg/5lbs.

“FGB”ish

3 rounds for total reps of:
1 minute Max rep Ball slam (Choose weight for fast movement)
1 minute Max rep Hang power clean 75/55lbs
1 minute Max rep box jump 20/16 (yellow box with 45# plate)
1 minute Max rep Push press 75/55lbs
1 minute Max Calorie row
Rest 1 minute
