Important Community Health Announcement

dog community healthOur community health is priority number one at WCCF. Members with allergies in conjunction with floors flooded with dog hair have colluded,  and we now request that you tie your dog to the railing outside the gym on the loading dock. We have water bowls for them, and they will get lots of love as athletes pass by. We thank you in advance for your canine consideration.

May 5th is a big day around here not only because of Mexico’s victorious history but also because on that day we celebrate Coach Scott’s birthday! In fact, we have been known to call this historic day Cinco de Scott. So, please join us on Cinco de Scott to get your Beastmode on.

Sign up here to donate a few $ to fight famine in the US. The WCCF team is called Boxed and Barrelled. Tapped out but still want to participate? No problem. Just show up for the WOD and stay for tacos and festivities. Schedule is as follows:

Heats start at 5PM.

No Excuses

Lately, I’ve been having neck pain that creeps down into my shoulders and arms. It gets in the way of what I want to do in the gym. But today I saw this video, and I have no more excuses!

This rugby player with no arms and legs is a CrossFit sensation — and the video proves it:
