Lorraine has reminded me a few times over these past couple of weeks that there were some videos buried deep in the blog that were really helpful for her to understand the clean and the snatch. These are from the guys over at 70sbig.com. They are a few really well executed Olympic lifts shot in slow motion. Notice the full extension that these guys make while still having straight arms. Remember, as coach Burgener always says: “The power ends when the arms bend”.
