This class is a kinder and gentler introduction to CrossFit. We teach our foundational movements, include them in Workouts of the Day (WOD’s) and strength train, all at a tempered pace. Held twice a week on Monday and Wednesday nights at 7.00PM, 101 stands alone as an all-in-one conditioning program, and may also be used as a stepping stone for entrance into our regular classes.
