The Back Squat Adventure

We continue to progress toward the 20 Rep Max. Monday we will do 3 sets of 10 at 70-80% of our 1 Rep Max. At the end of the week we get to see what we can manage for that 10 Rep Max. Remember, strategy is key here! Your warm up and progression are critical to your successful 10 Rep Max. Not sure how to craft that? Your coaches are here to help! Next week we will move onto the 20 Rep Max.

Wednesday’s WOD – Clean & Burpee Pull-up Ladder

Strength–

15 mins to find a heavy squat snatch at each position. This is a set which is executed as a snatch from pos 1 then pos 2 then the ground. Heavy means heavy, not max.
