Welcome Hockey Families. We are glad you are giving CrossFit a try, and we know with certainty that your children will quickly become more powerful and explosive. The fastest way to build increased strength and speed in your children is to have them workout with us at least two times per week, and that is clearly what we encourage. We also know that the logistics of having children in sports can be complicated, and for that reason we have created a once-a-week option. We will work with your children from September 4, 2012 through March, 2013, and we look forward to making them strong!
