We are excited to announce that Richy Perez and Hilary Wendel are now

officially Wine Country CrossFit coaches! Richy teaches the Open Team Training on Thursday nights at 5PM. That’s tonight, by the way! Hilary assists Kris with the kids classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, and has started a Weight Lifting for Teens class on Thursdays after school. Fundraiser for Lucky Penny Productions. These amazing people have built a community arts center right here in Napa, and we have our chance to help out and show our support.

When: February 7, 1-3PM
Where: Wine Country CrossFit ? 818 Jackson St, at the train tracks
Who: Fun for all ages
Prerequisites: Sense of humor and a desire to play games that raise $ for Lucky Penny Productions.
Hint: Games are fun and easy and scalable to all levels.

Theatre fans AND fitness fans will enjoy fun & games at Wine Country CrossFit AND a workshop world premiere of a new short play by Barry Martin called “THE TURKISH GET UP”

What the heck is “The Turkish Get Up” and how does it connect fitness to theatre and life in general? You have to be there to find out!

Every 1 min for 12 mins do:

1 Power Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
1 Snatch From Position 1

5 rounds for time of:
Kettlebell Swing, 53/36 lbs, 1 min
Plank Hold, 1 min
Athlete must achieve 30 reps/minute or do 10 burpees for every missed rep.
