Dr Ryan Lazarus is hosting a Tour de Cure Silent Auction Fundraiser this Saturday the 26th. All proceeds benefit the American Diabetes Association, so please make an appearance on Saturday if you are in town!

What: Ryan Lazarus is a walking testament to how lifestyle choices can save a life. He also gives tremendously to this community, and we are delighted to give back to him by supporting his fundraiser to benefit the American Diabetes Association.

If you have banded pull-ups then practice the negative. Consider adding weight to the negative to build strength.
