Everyone’s path at Wine Country CrossFit will be slightly different depending on their current fitness capacity, goals and preferences. We offer one-on-one coaching and group classes along with intermittent specialty programs.
All of our group class memberships entitle you to unlimited access to our group classes. Our most successful clients have utilized a combination of personal training along with group classes. Very often individual program design will fine tune mechanics and address specific deficiencies, and help our athletes attain unique performance goals. The spirit, community and camaraderie that naturally develops in our group classes is a powerful addition to personal training. We strongly recommend and hope to facilitate a balance between personal training and group classes through our pricing and programs.
