Alright Guys, it is once again P.R. Thursday, I want to see a lot more P.R.s posted this week. As for me, I am excited to post that I snatched 140lbs this week! Post up and let me know what your P.R.s were this week.
Along with your P.R.s today, we want to know what kind of music you guys want to
hear during your WODs. I am sure you are all getting tired of hearing Beth and my music, so let me know what you want, and I will get it. Give me artists please so that I can get other similar artists as well. If I don’t hear from you, you get to keep hearing my stuff! Finally, today (Thursday) is Sgt. Russell’s last workout with us here at Wine Country CrossFit. His hard work for the U.S Army has been recognized through a
promotion, and he will be moving up to the high country. He will be sorely missed around the box.

We will miss you Sergente Russell.
Good luck on your new adventure!
You need loud angry music and Irish Punk!!!
I’m gonna miss all of you guys too.
P.R. Today, 2 Muscle Ups in a row!! (Beat That Ryan!!!)
We had some amazing PR’s in the kids class yesterday. Seven-year-old Jack McD surprised us all by busting out 38 push-ups without stopping. 5 weeks ago he only managed 14. He also got his first pull-up and went from 12 to 20 sit-ups completed in 30 seconds. Seven-year-old Mikah busted out 37 push-ups of her own and became the star of the pull-up bars with 14 kipping pull-ups. Congratulations to all the kids who have worked so hard and done so well.
And finally, good luck to Sgt. Russell. It won’t be the same around here without him. I know that someday that new little boy of his is going to be one tough little CrossFitter. And no, Sgt. Russell, I won’t be asking Ryan to play Jimmy Buffet at the next workout.
Sgt. Russell…I didn’t know you but, I wish you the best of luck!!
I accomplished a new P.R. and met my goal on Monday (not P.R. Thursday) and pressed 70lbs!! …Wahoo, wooty-woot!! I also snatched 140lbs–or maybe I didn’t; I must have dreamt that.
As for music during our W.O.D, I would love to hear TOOL!! Other suggestions: A Perfect Circle, Pennywise, or some other fast-tempo music.
A new PR…175lbs on the Deadlift!!
WooT! Way to go Janie! 1-2-3-Go!
