		<description>I don&#039;t know Ryan.  I think you got that running PR just because you were trying to catch me.  

I think I am beginning to get the POSE thing down as well.  I ran that 6 seconds slower than on 12/3/09 but considering how little I&#039;ve run since then I was pretty happy with it.  I still need some POSE tuning but I felt like I was staying off my heels really well.

My goals right now are to improve my muscle up so I have less misses and to get a handstand push-up.  The HSPU is coming. I am feeling much stronger on the hold now.</description>
