Monday’s WOD

 

Today you not only get to complete Fran, but then you get to work on the “light”  power cleans for the cash out. Working on a skill after the WOD challenges the neuro-muscular system to recover. Check it out!

Pull Ups

Cash-out: Power Cleans

5×2 at Maximum Effective Rep Weight (As much weight as you can manage with PERFECT technique). Level Load Across All Sets (Don’t Increase Weight across sets). Target an increase each week of 2kg/5lbs.
