Fees

  • First introductory class FREE
  • On-Ramp 9 Class Series: $180 and this includes an extra week for you to attend as many CrossFit classes as you would like
  • On-Ramp 4 session Private: $240
  • Drop-in fee: $20
  • Four class punch card: $70
  • 10 class punch card: $160
  • Monthly unlimited classes: $150/month
  • Personal Training: $85/hour
  • Military Personnel, Police & Firefighters: $135/month
  • Pricing for kids and teens programs is $50 a month for one class per week, and $75 a month for two classes per week.
  • Family plan: One parent & one child enrolled in Kids Program: $200/month. Two parents & one child: $320/month

On-Ramp Program

This three week nine-class series teaches you the basic movements we use in CrossFit. In each class we present new movements, and practice them in a short workout of the day (WOD) such that they become familiar and natural. If you are new to CrossFit it is mandatory that you start with our On-Ramp Program such that the classes are manageable and even fun. For those that have scheduling challenges we also off the On-Ramp privately in four sessions scheduled around your availability. Eligibility for the Private On-Ramp is determined by the coaches as it is very demanding.  An athletic history is required as a lot of movement and information is packed into each session.

CrossFit Classes

We start each class with a group warm up, followed by skill and strength work. We then do the workout of the day or the WOD, followed by group stretching. We track our workouts in a book such that the results are objective and on the page, instead of subjective and in our heads. Each component of the class is scalable such that athletes of various abilities can work out side by side. There is great camaraderie and encouragement in our classes, so get ready for fun.

Personal Training

If you have physical limitations we recommend you start with personal training. In our one-on-one sessions we are able to focus on problem areas in the body, and assist you toward greater ease of movement.  Once we have addressed your limitations and taught you the basic movements you may be eligible to move into the group classes.

CrossFit Kids

Ages 5-11

CrossFit kids classes are fun! We play a game to warm-up, teach a skill such as the squat or push-up, and then perform the Workout of the Day, incorporating our recent skill work. The session is wrapped up with another game. We briefly address nutrition, so that kids start to identify foods that make then feel good and perform well. Finally, our kids develop self confidence and a sense of integrity from the individual effort and the group interaction. Classes are 40 minutes long.

CrossFit Teens

Ages 12-16

For our bigger kids we warm up, teach a skill, and perform the Workout-of-the-Day followed by a game or challenge. Using weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular training, our teens develop the skills of well rounded athletes. The Teen Program makes kids healthy and fit. It raises self esteem by building self confidence and strength in the body. It works wonders as a stand-alone strength and conditioning program, or as an addition to sport specific training. Classes are 45 minutes long.

Team or Group Fitness Coaching & Training
