On April 4th we will start a seven week nutritional challenge. We will take before and after pictures that will NOT be posted on the web. We will have weekly check-ins about WHAT we are eating. We will have winners and prizes. We will keep food logs, and we will tackle these challenges together, as a community.
Changing what you eat seem too hard? Try it with the support of your CrossFit community, and it becomes more manageable. We guarantee it.
