Do you have anxiety about sitting at the table surrounded by ALL THAT FOOD. A few members at the gym are using the following survival strategies:

-Small portions

-Use a child’s plate

-One plate only

 

Please let us know what works for you!

Our ammended holiday schedule next week is as follows:

Thursday November 27 – Turkey Day Chipper, 9AM

Friday November 28 – Group Class, 8.30AM & Open Gym, 8-10AM

Saturday November 29 – Business as usual

 

Guests, please feel free to drop in, and please handle your sign-up, payment and waiver online as we will be short staffed on those mornings. If you would like to pay onsite then please bring cash.
