I love the tip to spread the ground. That always works well for me with squats and other lifts but I&#039;ve never thought to use that while doing something like a shoulder press. I just did this now standing in my living room and I can feel the difference.  

I tried the air squat too. Good example. I&#039;m ready for the quotations to come off of &quot;integrated.&quot; :)</description>
