We all know that it is really fun to look at a WOD that favors us, and that there is that “Uh-Oh” moment when a WOD doesn’t favor us.
What each and everyone of us needs is to practice those things which we fear coming up in a WOD, and are not good at.
I pose you the question:
What do you suck at? If you are comfortable,
- Tough to Find Marco’s Weakness. What is yours?
please post to the comments. I’ll bet you with odds that what you hate, and what you are not good at are one and the same. To kick it off, I’ll let everyone know that my weak points are overhead squats, and running.
Let’s all of us make a conscious effort to work on what is tough for us. We all spend 10-15 mins each morning warming up and taking personal time to work on a skill, take that time to talk to Beth or I and work on those weaknesses. We’ll do our best to add some drills into future classes to to turn those weaknesses into strengths!
