Some BIG Gains!

Squats are still our focus! If you didn’t establish your 1RM Front Squat on Monday here is your opportunity to get it done. If you already know your new 1RM Front Squat, then today you will Overhead Squat. Get ready for fun! As you can see from this simple picture of the board, folks had some serious gains over the last 10 weeks! Come on in and add to the wall. And, if you’re not overjoyed with your performance on Monday consider another attempt. We are here to support YOU!
